Dosed raw materials are given to the hammer mill by means of carriers, crushed according to the crushing requested by the customer, and given to the mixer upper bunker, and the vitamins and minerals dosed with automatic premix dosage are added to the mixer upper bunker. From there, it is fed into the mixer through the pneumatic cover. It is mixed automatically within the specified time according to the feed forms and given to the mixer lower bunker. From here, according to the customer's request, it is given to the top bunker of the pellet press and pelletized by steaming at 90 degrees starting from 4 mm up to 18 mm. If desired, it is passed through the croumble machine located at the exit from the pellet press cooler and taken to the product warehouses as granular product. For our customers who want powder, by adding molasses from the molasses container by means of carriers, it is given to the upper bunker of the automatic packaging from the product warehouses and 50 kg in electronic packaging. It is shipped in polypropylene bags. Samples taken from each batch of manufactured products are analyzed in our own laboratory and presented to the customer.
